Get the range back.

Physiotherapy for knees, shoulders, spines, and desk necks. Measured assessment, a plan with numbers, honest return-to-play calls.

What we treat.

Named problems, measured progress. You leave the first session with a working diagnosis and a number to beat.

Knee

ACL, meniscus, patella pain. Return-to-play testing with strength and hop-symmetry numbers, not vibes.

Most sports clearance criteria want 90% strength symmetry between legs.

Shoulder

Rotator cuff, instability, overhead pain. For lifters, swimmers, throwers, and people who carry toddlers.

Spine

Disc pain, sciatica, lifting flare-ups. We keep you moving within tolerances instead of resting you flat.

Desk neck

Neck and upper-back pain from screens. We test your setup, then load what your neck actually tolerates.

Bring a photo of your workstation to the assessment.

How an assessment works.

Sixty minutes, one treatment floor, and a written plan before you leave.

  1. Assess

History, movement testing, and strength and range numbers taken on day one.

    60 minutes.

  2. Plan

Sessions per week, milestones by degree and by kilo, written out week by week.

    You keep the sheet.

  3. Return

Retest against the plan. You finish when you clear the numbers, not when it feels fine.

    Retest included.

Six weeks ago I couldn’t lift my arm to rack a bar. Last Tuesday I benched again, and I knew exactly why it worked.
